📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and lead a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control inventory to optimize costs and ensure availability.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Promote and maintain the restaurant's image and reputation.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
