📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure effective client communication and engagement strategies.
• Monitor service delivery processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure high-quality service standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service outcomes.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective problem resolution.
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in client onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth service transitions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer success and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client engagement, customer success, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in customer service or client engagement is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
