📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium espresso drinks using state-of-the-art espresso machines and milk frothers.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on new menu items and customer preferences to continuously improve our offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or cashier role, preferably in a coffee shop or similar environment.
• Proficient in using espresso machines, milk frothers, and other coffee-making equipment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
