📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive entrepreneurship program that aligns with the needs of Bali’s startup ecosystem.
• Build and manage partnerships with local universities, incubators, and other stakeholders to enhance the program’s reach and impact.
• Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship by organizing workshops, hackathons, and networking events.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to participants, helping them develop their business ideas and navigate the startup journey.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the program and attract a diverse pool of participants.
• Monitor program performance and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the initiative.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in entrepreneurship education and incorporate them into the program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in entrepreneurship education, program management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing entrepreneurship programs.
• Strong understanding of Bali’s startup ecosystem and its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with entrepreneurship education frameworks and methodologies.
