📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for import/export shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Leverage SAP and MS Office to track and manage logistics data.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs and logistics procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to optimize operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics coordination.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and industry-specific logistics software.
• Certification in customs brokerage or international trade is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
