Additionally, you will conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coach and mentor property managers and maintenance staff to improve operational efficiency and performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with JLL's best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with property managers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to address operational challenges and opportunities.
• Provide training and support to ensure that all staff are well-equipped to handle their roles effectively.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance operational excellence.
• Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with JLL's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, operations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of property management software such as Yardi, Compass, or similar tools.
• Certification in property management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
