📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's accounts receivable records using QuickBooks or similar financial software.
• Ensure timely and accurate collection of payments from customers, with a focus on improving collection rates and reducing delinquencies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the performance of the accounts receivable function.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to customer payments.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar financial software.
