📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retailers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the building materials industry.

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
