📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and evaluate potential sites for telecommunications infrastructure projects.
  • Negotiate and secure sites with landowners and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure site acquisition aligns with project requirements.
  • Monitor and track the progress of site acquisition activities.
  • Prepare and present reports on site acquisition activities to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in site acquisition.
  • Assist in the development of strategies to improve site acquisition processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site acquisition, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications infrastructure sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
