As a Senior Teller, you will be responsible for managing customer transactions, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries.,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent theft or loss.,Prepare and maintain accurate transaction records.,Assist in training and supervising junior tellers.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teller in a banking or financial institution.,Strong knowledge of banking products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language.,Computer literacy, including basic knowledge of banking software.,Valid certification in cash handling and banking procedures.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
