📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish,Source and attract top talent through various channels,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
