📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Manage the company's benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitive and attractive packages.,Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
