Makmur Gita Shop is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and service, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time position located in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to optimize costs and ensure food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Experience with budgeting and financial management.
