PT Garuda Indah is looking for a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Blora, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.,Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet, adhering to company standards and regulations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the outlet is meeting its targets.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
