Hokian Zahra Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. You will work closely with the management team to manage and coordinate various operational tasks, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the café and coffee shop.,Assist in managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials and events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).,Fluent in Indonesian language, both spoken and written.
