Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company,Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong leadership and team management abilities,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
