📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and develop learning materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Familiarity with healthcare industry and its regulations
