Apotek Bimo Auto Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Project Engineer to join our team in Jambi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage engineering projects from conception to completion,Develop and implement engineering plans and specifications,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers,Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
