📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the medical center.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to healthcare quality and safety.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, human resources, and information technology, to ensure that all aspects of the medical center are working together effectively.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance companies, regulatory agencies, and community organizations.,Ensure that the medical center is well-stocked and equipped with the necessary supplies and equipment to provide high-quality care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
