In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our vehicle fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are in optimal condition and ready for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the vehicle fleet, including motorcycles, cars, and other vehicles.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.,Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other issues with vehicles.,Coordinate with mechanics and other technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure high standards of work.,Work with the operations team to ensure vehicles are available for use when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive maintenance and repair.,Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining vehicle fleets.,Knowledge of various types of vehicles, including motorcycles, cars, and other vehicles.,Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
