FLUX Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team. As a Lead Lab Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laboratory, ensuring that all procedures are performed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior lab technicians, as well as maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all procedures are performed accurately and efficiently.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and that all safety protocols are followed.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations, ensuring that they are up-to-date and in compliance with all relevant regulations.,Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities, ensuring that all laboratory results are accurate and reliable.,Collaborate with other members of the team, including scientists, engineers, and managers, to ensure that the laboratory is functioning effectively and efficiently.,Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that all laboratory activities are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of laboratory science, and ensure that the laboratory is equipped with the latest technology and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or laboratory science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong track record of success in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations, as well as a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with laboratory management software and equipment, such as LIMS, ELN, and analytical instruments.,Ability to travel and work in different locations, as needed.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
