📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies,Prepare and present daily specials and menu items,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with local and international cuisine,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,Good knowledge of Indonesian and English languages
