This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products to various locations. As the Lead Distribution Officer, you will play a key role in managing our distribution network, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely delivery of our products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution activities.
  • Provide regular reports to management on distribution performance and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of achieving distribution targets and improving efficiency.
  • Valid driver's license and experience in driving a delivery vehicle is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of traffic conditions is beneficial.
