📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective food production.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Ensure high-quality food production, meeting customer expectations and company standards.,Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff to improve skills and knowledge.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for kitchen supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food handling practices.,Resolve any issues or conflicts within the kitchen team, maintaining a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.,Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring efficient food production.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
