Berkah Yoga Health Center is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Telesales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our yoga classes and wellness programs, and helping to grow our customer base. If you are passionate about health and wellness and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound calls to promote our yoga classes and wellness programs.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.,Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Providing excellent customer service to clients and answering their inquiries.,Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and customer feedback.,Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the success of our programs.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Passionate about health and wellness and committed to promoting our programs.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
