📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the daily logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Maintain and update logistics records and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing special projects or initiatives as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all equipment and vehicles are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role (preferably in the coffee industry).,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics and transportation.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred but not required).,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
