📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies to achieve branch targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports for senior management.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and business practices is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
