Bay Plus Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is crucial in maintaining our operational efficiency and safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Monitor vehicle performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with mechanics and vendors for timely repairs and servicing.,Manage fuel consumption and cost, looking for ways to improve efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles are properly documented and inspected regularly.,Handle driver recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations and support overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
