📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform drive tests using specialized equipment such as Keysight Technologies tools to measure network performance.
• Collect and analyze data to identify network issues and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and optimize network performance.
• Generate detailed reports and presentations to document test results and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and technologies through continuous training and certifications.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of drive test procedures and protocols.
• Provide technical support to field engineers and ensure compliance with project timelines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of telecom solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drive testing and network optimization.
• Certification in relevant technologies such as LTE, 5G, or other wireless communication standards.
• Proficiency in using Keysight Technologies tools and other specialized software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with GIS mapping and data analysis tools.
