📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage a team of store associates to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute store plans and initiatives,Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role,Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales performance,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
