📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining and updating job postings and applicant tracking systems.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and coordinating travel arrangements.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the development of recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
