📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing production processes to ensure efficiency and quality,Monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks,Conducting quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed,Managing a team of production workers and providing guidance and support,Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring timely restocking,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Implementing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment,Providing regular reports on production performance and quality metrics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management and ERP systems is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus
