📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the department, implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge and skills into the department's operations.,Represent the department at company meetings and events, providing updates on departmental performance and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools and technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
