📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company growth targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development initiatives.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay updated on market trends and build professional networks.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
