📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Work with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
