📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow key accounts to meet or exceed sales targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and collective goals,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base,Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform sales strategies,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts,Strong understanding of the technology industry and a passion for innovation,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using sales tools and software,Fluency in English is a plus
